Explanation

You receive this message because your account has been blocked by us. This means you are not able to use ForestLog anymore. You cannot login on the app and your account on the forum has been deactivated. You are able to use the ticket system and your account information is still in our systems. If you want to remove your account you can contact us so we can do this for you.


If you have a subscription, it will not be refunded and it will be cancelled on your subscription end date.


Codes

BR 200: Violated terms and conditions

You've used our app or website in ways we deem unacceptable as stated in our terms and conditions.


BR 201: Violated community code of conduct

You have conducted behaviour which violates our community code of conduct. This can be in the app and/or on the forum. Once determined you violated the code of conduct, you will be blocked on all ForestLog platforms.


BR 300: Suspicious activity on account

We've observed suspicious activity on your account. This could be irregular login activity, using our app in a way it is not designed for(for instance: hacking), repetitive or great amounts of activity within a short period of time, etc.


BR 301: Abnormalities regarding payment

This could mean you've used expired or stolen payment details or had insufficient funds. Normally we contact the user about these kind of problems and only block users when they fail to respond to our inquiries.


BR 400: Other

This means the reason you are blocked does not fit in one of the above categories.


If you feel that your account has been blocked by mistake, you can contact us. In general an account blockage is permanent.
